Range Rover SV Masara Edition Launched at ₹4.99 Crore

Land Rover has pulled the covers off one of its most exclusive creations yet — the Range Rover SV Masara Edition, launched in India at ₹4.99 crore (ex-showroom). Limited to just 12 units, this bespoke SUV is built on the long-wheelbase version of the Range Rover SV and aims to elevate automotive luxury to an entirely new level.

What sets the Masara Edition apart is its stunning ‘Deep Satin Blue’ exterior paint, a colour developed specifically for this limited run. Inspired by the deep blue sapphires found in India’s mountainous regions, the shade reflects a unique blend of British sophistication and Indian heritage. Land Rover has stated that this colour will not be used on any other Range Rover model, preserving the exclusivity of the Masara Edition. The elegant blue finish is complemented by distinctive bronze and chrome accents, which also appear on the massive 23-inch alloy wheels, further highlighting the vehicle’s custom nature.

Step inside, and the sense of bespoke craftsmanship continues. The cabin is dressed in a rich combination of Liberty Blue and Perlino leather, with intricate embroidery on the seats and subtle chrome detailing throughout the interior. The door sill plates proudly announce the model’s rarity, featuring the inscriptions ‘Masara Edition’ and ‘1 of 12’, reinforcing its collectible status.

The Masara Edition comes standard with the SV Signature Suite, which includes rear-seat luxury features like a powered centre table, a refrigerated compartment, and bespoke glassware for rear passengers. Being based on the SV trim, it also comes equipped with Land Rover’s full suite of luxury and tech features: adaptive air suspension, panoramic sunroof, a full set of ADAS features, and powered front and rear seats with heating, ventilation, and massage functions.

Under the hood, the SUV is powered by a 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine producing 615 hp and 750 Nm of torque. Paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel-drive system, it also features off-road adaptive cruise control and a high/low-range transfer case, making it as capable off the road as it is comfortable on it.

With just 12 units on offer and a price tag nearing ₹5 crore, the Range Rover SV Masara Edition is a celebration of extreme luxury, individuality, and craftsmanship — tailor-made for India’s most discerning buyers.
